Some Creole soul at the PAP jazz Festival 2015
Etienne Charles, trumpet player, percussionist, composer, bandleader and Assistant Professor at Michigan State University is coming to Haiti for the Port- au - Prince Jazz Festival.
Etienne Charles is from Trinidad and Tobago. "I love Haitian culture; the music, the food the people, the dance, the energy! We'll play music from my latest album, Creole Soul,” says Etienne. The band members are: Etienne Charles on trumpet/percussion; Godwin Louis on saxophone; Victor Gould on piano; Alex Wintz on guitar; Jon Michel on bass and John Davis on drums.
