For the past few weeks, many have reported that there are people of Haitian descent coming from Brazil through the Mexico /U.S border hoping to enter the U.S in search of a better life. What you may have not heard, is what it took for them to make it to U.S soil.
About two hundred people crowded inside the Port'entrance of San Ysidro in Brazil waiting to be admitted to the USA.
Men, women and children from different nationalities: Haitians, Mexicans and some of them are from Congo. The Haitians are being processed on a case by case basis, according to statement. Some of them sleep there because they don't want to loose their place in line.
The executive director of Miami based American for immigrant Justice, Mr Little, said that after the earthquake that devastated Haiti in 2010 , Brazil welcomed a large numbers of Haitians, providing them work papers. Now some of them have been leaving Brazil because of financial hardship.
Now they are all there waiting on the best thing to happen: coming to America.
